Garmin nuvi 2555LMT Auto Shutdown Issue After Firmware Upgrade

Hi all, my nuvi 2555LMT information:

Model: nuvi 2555
Hardware Version: nuvi 25x5 C2 A V5 4GB 64MB TE
Software Version: 7.50
Text Version: 3.30
GPS Firmware: 4.14.10

Every since I did a software upgrade on Garmin Dashboard website, my GPS will auto shutdown once or twice while navigating to my destination.

Can anyone advise me what has happened exactly?

I have did a hard reset but it doesn't help.

After deleting the North America map, my Garmin GPS still reboot every 10 to 15 mins while navigator or in GPS SImulator mode.
My Singapore map is okay as I have been using them for a long time.
I suspect the firmware is the cause of the issue.

Any advice?

RTL trap error is normally due to a problem in software, your best bet is to contact Garmin if a hard reset hasn't fixed it.
