I just got a forerunner 410, and would like to use it for my marathon training. But I can't find any way to upload a training schedule to the watch from Garmin Connect (or anywhere else).
Other forums talk about Garmin Training Center, (specifically this oldRunner's World article ) but the GTC download is just the ANT Agent.
Is there any way to download a template training schedule, or do I have to create my own week-by-week?
