Communicator plugin upgrade problem - missing an msi package

Former Member
Former Member
I'm trying to update communicator but the directory the "communicator_32.msi" package was located in has been removed from my computer. I can't uninstall the current version or upgrade to the latest. Where can I download a copy or any other help gratefully received?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have, and I've downloaded the full install but I still get the popup asking me to locate the msi file that will have been used as part of the 4030 install.
  • Hello
I have the same issue. A warning says "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable".
    What should I do?
    Many thanks

    Hello,

I also have the same problem since the last update of Garmin Communicator plugin appeared !!!
    Before, all was OK.
Why Garmin does not respond to our questions ! It's unbelieveable ! What is the utility of this forum if Garmin is so disinterested by our requests ?

Thank's to your near future answer.

    Best regards

  • I have the same problem trying to install Garmin Express (TrayApplicationInstaller.msi). Wondering if anybody here found a resolution?
  • You might get a better response posting in the Express forum, Garmin staff are active there.
