Problems SENDING workouts/courses to device

First time poster, hello Garmin Community.

I currently have had the 310xt Watch for about 4 weeks now, just started getting into setting up workouts and courses. Recently I would have problems with my activities uploading from my computer to Garmin Connect ( like many others have) Garmin has since fixed this. Good stuff. But now when I'm trying to send workouts or courses to my watch. it first either says "no devices found" or what really frustrates me is when it says "no device supporting workouts/courses" has anyone else experienced this? and if so, is there an answer to fix it?
I've been through the whole list of making sure it's (ANT stick) is plugged in right, and so forth.

Hi,

Im having the same problem. At first it downloaded fine, now it says DEVICE DOESNT SUPPORT WORKOUTS ! A bit frustrating. Also, when I actually do the workouts I managed to download to my 310xt, and I upload the data back to GARMIN CONNECT it shows up as Untitled instead of as the workout i named it so I have to alter it afterwards ..
