Hardwire GTM 35 traffic cord into vehicle

Is there a hardwire version of the GTM 35 that does not use the vehicle's accessory 12vdc plugin?

If not, can I take the cigarette lighter plug of the GTM 35 apart and connect to my car's fuse box?
