Installation problem

I just got the 410 for Christmas and am trying to get everything set up, but when I try to download the ANT I keep getting this message - "Installation cannot proceed, as not all requirements were met."
It doesn't say what requirements aren't met, just that, anyone have any suggestions?

I am having the same problem with my FR70...I double checked my make - running enough RAm and disk space, as well as acceptable OS...would also appreciate some help, as I've spent 2+ hours on this issue already today!! Thanks!!

I have tried via Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer and get the same results. I have enough storage space and all my updates are current .... Why cant I get the download? arrrrgggghhh someone please help !!

I am having the same problem. I have installed Garmin ANT Agent on 2 other computers without issue in the past, but now it doesn't work on 3 different computers. This needs to be fixed Garmin.

Running Windows 7 - 64 bit, intel i5 second generation, 6GB of RAM, have tried using Chrome and IE.

Has anyone spoken with technical support?
