    Hi,
I'm having the same problem all of you are/ were experiencing. In my case, I went for the manual upload as suggested, then I went to my computer, local disc c, user, username.... there is folder of file for 'app data' (or roaming), so I have no idea where my files are being stored. I did a general search for app data on local disc c, and it couldn't find anything? Any ideas?

    This worked for me! :D
I have been putting up with this for 5 months, I have uninstalled ant Agent over and over to no avail! I have traced it back to a triathlon (auto multisport activity) that I did and I stopped the device after the swim and then reset it. This, it seems created a corrupt file, as it turned out!
    This is what I did:
After I went to Garmin connect and did a manual upload (which was the only way to get activities to Garmin Connect for the last five months) I did a little bit of fiddling!
Now delete "ALL" activities off your offending device!
On Windows 7: (Note this is what I use, so for Mac, sorry but I have no idea)
For Windows note: You may need to go to Control panel -> Folder options -> View/Show hidden files, folders and drives, in order to be able to see an navigate to the necessary folder.
Now navigate your way to the following folder:
C:\Users\Your Username on your Windows Machine\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\Your FR910XT UNIT ID\ (the unit ID is a folder with heap of numbers, just open up the folder and it will all make sense)
Once there, delete everything out of the following folders:
Activities, History and Pending Uploads. Note the pending uploads folder is contained within the garmin connect folder (this is non applicable if you can isolate the offending activity that you know is the problem, if so just delete this file ONLY out of any of these three folders)
Now, just to test, turn on your device and press start as if you are starting an activity. Stop the activity and reset. Now like magic it will be sent to Garmin Connect.
    Good Luck!
Note: You will need to do this to any PC you have, otherwise the problem will persist!
In Vista in the search box Type %appdata% into the Run box. This will take you to the Garmin folder.
    For more info, see the following on the location of the Garmin Folder: https://support.garmin.com/support/s...-000000000000}

Realise this is a really old thread but still using a 310xt with ANT agent which usually works fine but today it sync-ed but then transfer to garmin connect due to server error. I'm on a mac. Followed all the steps above but when I get to the garmin choice there are no devices to select, only 'garmin ant agent' - then no selectable files. Any ideas? Thanks
  • Google is your friend

Sorry, I don't have a Mac! but I assume just as in Windows, the AppData files are Hidden. My problem was exactly the same, only on Windows. Yes, you can see a Garmin file, but that is not the same as the one within AppData, which is Hidden. So first, go ask Google how to find hidden files & look for that AppData folder, and you should win. :) Good luck!

    maybe this will help?
