Montana - topo lines and roads not showing

When I connect my Montana to my PC, BaseCamp shows the topo lines and off-road roads. But when I look at the same routes and/or tracks on the Montana (obv after dismounting from the PC), neither the topo lines nor roads show.

Ideas?
