Transfer a GPX file from a smartphone to a navigator?

Hello everyone.

Is there a way to transfer a GPX file (a route) from an Android or Iphone to a Garmin navigator. The one i have is a Garmin Zümo 660. I realize bluetooth can not be used, but if i get the right USB cable, can this be done?

If your PC can read the file and copy it then yes, or did you mean by directly connecting your phone to your Zumo? If so then I don't believe that's possible :confused:
