Error Message: TypeError: Cannot read property 'childNodes' of undefined

I am receiving this error message every time I click "UPLOAD" within Garmin Connect. It will not recognize any devices including my 910xt or my Edge 500. In addition, my most recent Ironman Bike at IM AZ is completely missing! It's like it never existed (no date for 11-18-2012 - the day of the race). I definitely used the Edge that day to monitor my progress and turned it off once the race was over. Please help? Is there a way I can find it manually just by looking through the history??

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, try accessing garmin.com in "compatibility view." In IE go to Tools, Compatibility View settings, add garmin.com. Or, while on Garmin Connect, go to Tools "Compatibility View." Alternatively, try using Google Chrome.
