Garmin Upload not Working

I'm getting this message when trying to upload from my Garmin 210 to Garmin Connect, "TypeError: 'this.hostEnv.isTablet' is null or not an object"
Help!!!

Found a fix, update your Garmin Communicator for your browser and you'll be good to go. Cheers!

Clicked on the link you provided and it says I have the latest plugin and sees my 110, but I get TypeError: this.hostEnv is undefined when trying to upload.

Same here I get typerror canot read 'as tablet' is undefined

Here is a link from the email help that seemed to clear things up for me:

Basically it says Windows 9 or newer users have to use some backwards compatibility mode to see the webpage as it was written. Once I did this the error went away, I could upload the data and the recent firmware download as well.

I have been having this issue for the last few weeks and can not upload any of my rides - have to keep doing it manually as i get this error message 'TypeError: Cannot read property 'isTablet' of undefined. I have also tried to send route to device and it keep saying that the server is down - its very frustrating I have never had a problem with any of this before. Does anyone have a solution?

My last 2 rides I am getting the same error message: TypeError: Cannot read property 'isTablet' of undefined I am using an edge 800. Has anyone found a solution to this problem? 9/14/13

IF as in my case this mess only started after resetting from a blank screen

1/ For blank screens follow this procedure (mine's a 210, but it seems to work for other models)

Once that was solved, I couldn't upload any of the new activities I had done prior to blank screen, with messages such as "childNodes" or "TypeError" coming up.

2/ On the watch, start a new dummy activity by start/stopping immediately, reset it.

-> ET VOILA! I was now able to upload the dummy and all the REAL new activities
