Hi new on here,
I have a Garmin Edge 705. I completed my cycling ftp test today and stupidly forgot to hit the lap button of the 20 minutes of pain and left it running for my warm down. Am I able to alter or add a interval within garmin connect or is there any other way of establishing my max and average power/heart rates for the 20 minutes of pain.??
Any help would be much appreciated as don't want to have to do another in a hurry!!!
