Activities and plan in own calendar

Make your activities and planned activities show up in your own calendar (Exchange, iCal, iOS, Google Cal) by making the information CalDAV compatible.
  • I found these procedures for performing the import: http://email.about.com/od/googlecalendartips/qt/How-To-Import-Ics-Calendar-Files-In-Ical.htm. What is happening when you try to import?

One more thing... The .ics file that is produced by GC has only the next 30 days worth of activities. If the starting date for your next training plan is more than 30 days away, nothing will show up in iCal.

This doesnt appear to work with Apple ical :-( anyone know a workaround?

Worked straight away for me - exported future event straight into my iCal - you do have to have a future event (or presumably workout) in your calendar, in the next 30 days.

1: make sure you have an Event in the next 30 days
2: Publish your Garmin Calendar using the "export icon"
3: copy the webpage address that is given under "Your Garmin Connect calendar address:"
4: enter that address into your browser - this should prompt an iCal entry - I got a request for which iCal calendar to add it too - it is then in your iCal calendar

    Hey,

i'm maybe worng, but this feature does not help me in any way..! I'd like to have a sync between my calendars.. but this forces me to update the calendar file everytime i'm changing something or after the supported 30 days! The usability of a feature like this is going near zero..!
    So please update it..

    Someones supporting this?

For instructions on how to link your Garmin Connect Calendar with your Google Calendar see the post - https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?34073-Garmin-connect-calendar-sync&p=208088#post208088

You do not need to manually export and import. The post describes how to link them up so the Google Calendar is automatically updated.
