When conecting Garmin Oregon 550T with Apple trough BaseCamp some notice appear: there is a problem of comunication in the display Garmin. Some times the notice appears several times. When accepting the notices one can see some of the maps I have in the Garmin or in the micro sd. But anothers do not appear. I do not understand why. The BaseCamp is the Versión 4.0.2.0 (4.0.2.0) In spanish the notice (el aviso) is: "Se produjo un problema de comunicación con el display Garmin". My Apple is Mac OS X 10.6.8.
The warning is caused by one or more corrupt gpx files on the Oregon. You can check which file(s) is/are corrupt with JaVaWa Device Manager; menu Extra.
Not every map will be available in BaseCamp, but you can change that too with JaVaWa Device Manager.
