Data gathering

Is it possible to gather all my training sessions, of all types, together in a document or file or whatever, that tells me how far I biked, run, swam, spinned, etc... how many calories I burned, what my avg heart rate was for all the same-activity-type, etc?

I would like to keep track of how I am doing in each separate activity but I can't figure out how to do that with Garmin Connect. Anybody help?

Are you guys using some other software to do what I am trying to do? (I was recommended Neotrack 2) Because I don't quite like to have my stuff on a website (which is why I don't use Training Peaks) but I ve read that the Garmin software doesn't recognize the 910XT and it also doesn't track swimming...

Help please. :)

Sounds like SportTracks will do all of what you want, the very usable trail version is free and it is local on your pc, not web based.
I find it excellent for cutting your data any way you want..
Garmin Connect is WAY too inflexible, e.g. for editing/splitting activities and correcting errors/mistakes.

    Thanks Rev,
I took Sport Tracks 3 (trial) but how do I export my whole October Dbase from Garmin Connect? I guess I must export to CSV file first but this thing doesn't work... at least not in Chrome?
