Is Garmin REALLY supporting this forum?

Have new 3490LMT and looking for info BUT can't find 3490LMT sub-forum, can't find Automotive sub-forum,... (If I ride a bike I seem to be covered.) Where can I ask about 3490LMT memory? or general automotive route issues? I notice info in 2009 that this forum was going to expand, well??
TIA for any info.

P.S. Forgive stupidity but how do I change my name? Would rather not use my e-mail address as my name.

A moderator can change your user name.

These forums are almost completely for fitness and outdoor products, not automotive products. That doesn't mean that you can't post a question here, but I'm not sure if you'll get an answer.
