Garming GTU 10...which mobile device?

Hello,

I'm buying a GTU 10 tracking device to track my dog.
I do not have an Iphone or gsm with internet connection.

Which mobile device with a display and internet connection should I buy in order to use the GTU 10?
I need a device with a small map on a display like a normal gps-device.

any ideas?
