Problem with latest Base Camp update 4.0.2

Just updated Base camp, now I find I cannot add GPX or Track files to library. Base Camp will read GPX and Track Files from Devices. Is there something else I have to do to add these files to the Library, upto this last update I was able to Drag/Drop into the Library.
