Need I say more, it´s been years since folks first brought this up as a much needed feature for Garmin Connect. I am still using another website in addition to Garmin Connect JUST to track my shoes´ mileage. Come on, it shouldn´t be that complicated to add this type of feature. You already have the best customer service out there. It would be great if you could also make sure that you are the ones providing the best software for using your own products. Thanks.
Much needed addition to a great fitness tracking site.
Requests: 1. When first adding a shoe - the ability to enter a starting mileage. 2. A drop down box within an activity to select a shoe 3. Assign a default shoe according to activity i.e. Street Running, Trail Running, Cycling, Mountain Biking
Wow - been a huge request for years and no action or comment from Garmin. I liked my Vivofit but the website support was awful, so I returned it. Others told me, "They will fix the website, hang on." Glad I didn't.
I came here to submit this same request, low a behold in is the #1 request... for years. Really? Does it really take that long to put the VOC into action?
Add a drop-down in the Activity Edit screen alongside activity type, course and event type. The on Report page add shoes to the drop down for activity type with a sub of each shoe entered. Done!
A product manager somewhere ass is on the line if this thread comes to light!
