Need I say more, it´s been years since folks first brought this up as a much needed feature for Garmin Connect. I am still using another website in addition to Garmin Connect JUST to track my shoes´ mileage. Come on, it shouldn´t be that complicated to add this type of feature. You already have the best customer service out there. It would be great if you could also make sure that you are the ones providing the best software for using your own products. Thanks.
+1 as I also request this feature. I just bought my first Garmin watch last month and very disappointed that this isn't available. I'm used to the easy ShoeTracker add-on to the RunKeeper app from my phone for this. I don't really want to keep uploading to RK just to track shoe miles when it seems pretty easy to add to Garmin Connect.
How lame. I was going to fully integrate to Garmin Connect and move away from my RW log, which has 5 years of my data. But, without integrated shoe tracking, I suppose I can't.
Agree. First log I used had that feature and it was awesome. It's bad enough Garmin hasn't offered this feature, but even worse they don't acknowledge here. Is it even a consideration? Instead they use resources to make a mess of the calendar.
