Problem: Unable to find com.garmin.activity.summary.ActivitySummary with id 339346204

Hi,

since about 2 weeks I have a big problem, see title

activity id 339346204, an activity on the 18th of june causes this big problem

Unfortunately I can't access this activity to delete.

I have the original activity from my edge 800, and If I load it up I have access to it. But a different id of cause.

Known problems so far:

- for about 2 weeks , I am unable to see my activitys with the android app garmin.fit

- I cant see the mounth juni in my calender message:

Of cause, nothing helps

My Question:

How can I delete this activity ?

Hi - I have the identical problem.

Garmin Australasia customer support have been very friendly, however ultimately have been unable to help. It seems that they see the same user interface as you or I. So - they can't list the missing/corrupted activity either, so they have no more power to delete it over what we have.

The other symptom of this error is that if you try to list all activities, you get an 'Internal Error'. Only by applying a filter which DOESN'T match the problem activity, can you list activities.

In the end, they recommended that I set up a new user account. Not really a very satisfactory response in my book. What happens if the same thing happens on the new user account in another few weeks?

Very interested to know if anyone has found a solution to this problem.

I'd switch over to using Strava exclusively, except that Strava won't accept data from my Garmin Swim device.

Same here. Have exactly the same issue with an activity from months ago. Unfortunately i marked this one as a favorite: now i cant show up all my favorites with this special button in the activity list view. I wrote an email to the garmin support , but i hope they look here and see that this seems to be a broken database issue of some activities of other users, too. I bet it will help, when they just run a data correction script over the databases from users who report such an issue.
