PR Segments from Longer Efforts

I'd like to request that PR Distances be pulled from longer runs. I do many runs farther than 1k or 1 mile, but as of yet I do not have a PR time entered and I'd like to get that breakdown without having to run a 1k and reset my garmin for the rest of my run. Since the post indicates which workout you achieved this PR in, I'd know that it was a part of a longer effort and can step up the pace on shorter runs and know that I can maintain.

Perhaps this is already an option that I don't know of, and it that's the case I'd appreciate knowing how to do this. Thanks!
