Events missing on calendar

I've added a few upcoming races to my calendar but when I checked them, they weren't there, so I added them again, still not there. On my profile view it now shows the information I entered in the upcoming events section, some of them twice (because I entered them a second time).

Can anyone tell me why they aren't showing on my calendar, or how I can delete the duplicated events?

I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you, but I can verify that this is happening to me as well. I just added an event, but it won't show on the calendar despite having "Events" checked to show.

I was going to ask how you add an event to your calendar, can't find how to.

Nine years later and this is still happening .. why has this ap not been fixed?

Exactly how does it behave for you? Are the events always disappearing, for how long do they stay before they disappear etc.?

When I add events in the calendar they stay there. At least when I'm testing now. I can go to my profile and see the upcoming events.

When you add an event the events filter will be turned on if it is off so that can't be the reason to why you don't see the events.

today for instance I had 5 events on my phone's calendar (google). The first and third appeared on my watch, events 2, 3, and 5 do not and have never appeared on my watch. Tomorrow of my calendar 3 events only the second shows up. All of these are on the same google calendar and have all been on the calendar for at least a week, so it is not like I just added them and they have not synced yet. Also with some of the events appearing, I would guess that the watch and my phone are connected properly, and obviously, I have granted the propper privileges to my calendar I have tried, syncing the watch from my phone, turning on and off my watch, turning on and off the watch to phone connection, removing the calendar widget, turning off the phone, then turning the phone back on. Nothing seems to get the watch to show all of the events on a given day. I am really confused and frustrated.

You are talking about a different issue than what this thread is about. It is better to start a new discussion about the issue you are having.

This thread is about the calendar in Garmin Connect and adding events to that calendar. Your issue is something with the calendar on the phone and sync to the watch.
