I am using a 310xt on Windows 7 64bit. I have the software installed for both Ant and Garmin Connect. So far, workouts transfer with no issue from my device. I can send workouts and courses to the device no problem. But when I update my user information in Garmin Connect and click to save and send to the device it does not update on my 310xt. I have tried in Firefox (my primary browser), IE9 and Chrome. I look in the folder that stores all the data to and from the 310xt, and I do not see any files in the Profile folder. Where does the Garmin Connect save the user data being sent to the device? Any ideas why it is not saving to send to the device and how to fix it?
