I, and a lot of people have been unable to import data into garmin connect since the last site upgrade. I have a garmin Etrex Vista HCx and haven't been able to upload data for the last 2 weeks. Progress bar stalls at about 90% yet to complete. Garmin has not responded to the posts. :mad:
Also posted problem on another thread. I can't upload files from my Garmin Edge 705 to Garmin Connect using my MacBook Pro. Problem started about a week ago...
you do need to realize that Garmin is not obligated to reply to a post on this forum. This is for help from other Garmin users (customers) and if no one here has been able to come up with a solution you should contact Garmin Support. http://www.garmin.com/us/support/contact
My uploading of activities never stalled, but it recently has been getting very slow. So thinking that maybe it was having to parse through all the activities on my device before figuring out which were new, I decided to delete all the old activities from it. Since doing that, my upload is much quicker.
