Forerunner 610 tranfers data to laptop but not onto dashboard

I recently had to change my Forerunner 610 due to damage and have now received my new device. I have paired with my laptop and it shows that data has been transferred, however, I can only see activites from my old devise.

Can anyone advise on solution please?

I don't know if this is related because I haven't replaced my device recently, but after doing what appeared to be a successful transfer last night from my 610 to my laptop, the previous 3 days worth of activities are nowhere to be found in the dashboard.
