Why do I get this message: "Unable to send course to device. Please try again later."? I am using a Garmin Edge800. I am able to transfer trainingprogram from my PC to Garmin unit, and I am also able to transfer activities from the Garmin unit to the PC.

    I've got the same issue on my Edge 200. Seems to have started after an update o the garmin communicator plugin (windows, running firefox). very annoying!

    Hi mine returns the same message unable to load at this time...I also downloaded as prompted the new communicator software, all worked well before this, wish I hadnt bothered. My problem is all the more anoyying since I had planned several routes for a vacation starting today.....not able to use them now....I am not impressed, was but not now. Are Garmin working on a fix? this wont help me either since I wont have net coverage where I am going..

    Ps last night it did let me download one old route that I had alread ridden and saved ..just as a test, all new routes were useless.

    Add another one with the exact same issue. Garmin 800. Created a new course this morning, and cannot push it to the device. Uploading workout data to the site works fine, so I'm guessing I managed to plug the USB cable in without needing a conversion hammer.

    Same issue. FR910XT - I hope for a fix soon as I need a special cource on my watch by sunday!!!

    And another - just tried to load a course for a ride at the weekend and same unable to upload message. Annoying as have been really impressed with the unit and website up til now. Can we have a fix asap please!
  • Same problem here on FR910xt. Tried also with FR305, which gives a slightly different message "The server is unavailable. Please try again later.".
    Argh! I need a course for tomorrow's morning 35k run without which I'd get lost!
    Edit: still not working in the morning... Luckily, I've been able do draw the course anew in SportTracks and send it from there.

    Same problem here. Worked OK before the upgrade, now can't get it to work from Safari or Firefox on OS X. Edge 500.

    Got mine working ok via Google Chrome now. If you edit an existing course you have to close it and then reopen before it will send, but at least it does then send ok. Still can't get it to work on firefox, and it did work using ie8 but then froze after sending one course. Maybe try Chrome and see if it works for you guys too.
  • Firefox give me the Unable to send message. IE appears to send the course, but it never appears in the Ant Agent screen as a pending upload.
