Garmin Edge 800 can not upload course to device, HELP

When I logg into Garmin Connect and try to upload a course to the edge 800 I get the following display on my computer:Error:Can't add the same model to a collection twice

and it keeps trying to find my device but I can upload from my device to Garmin Connect please advise

Hi. I got the same problem with my GArmin Edge 800.

HAve the same problem since 01/09/2012.......SInce garmin made somme changes on their site ....i use IE9

I have the same problem :(

I'll be taking my money somewhere else next time i'm thinking of up grading.

I can't be 100% but I think I was ablr to upload my course/routes using the basecamp. I will check again and let you guys know.
