Updating info from Edge 705 - Why is it not recognised?

Any help will be gratefully received. Since the weekend (and the garmin connect site maintenance) I have been unable to upload my activities onto garmin connect. Upon pressing the upload button my device is recognised but then the screen says that no new activities are there to upload. I know this isn't the case as the activity is on the device.
I have tried doing this with a different computers and web explorers but to no avail. I have also sent two emails to garmin but also to no avail.

Any ideas?
  • It sometimes does that - no rhyme or logic.

    Try the selection option which will list all the tracks on the device and you can select the most recent one for upload.

    Or you can do fully manual and browse to the device into the folder on the 705 where the files are stored.
