Deleting a lap

Is it possible to delete a lap? If I want to run a 7k, I press stop after 7k, but I'm always a few metres too late, e.g. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/198832790 (split 8).

I don't want to be able to delete laps somewhere in the middle of a run, but just the last lap in cases like these.

Hi,

I have the same problem. I'd like to delete a lap at the end of an activity. Otherwise how can I choose one of my activities as a personal best time for 10km if it's 10.3km??
I don't want to manually create a new activity for that.
