server error when transferring data from new forerunner 310 tx

Hi
Bought new foreunner 310 tx last week. transferred all data to my garmin connect for first 3 days.
However after that it does not. No probs with pairing. when I use the forerunner to transfer all history - data is recognised by garmin ANT wireless and then downloaded (I can see this), but then attempts to transfer to garmin connect it fails half way through by saying there is a server error.
Any help on my next step?
Prefer not to disable anti-virus soft wares etc. Is there a simple answer?

    Hi, I have exactly the same problem with my forerunner 410.
  • My 910XT has been doing the same thing for the last few weeks. The ANT+ agent loads the data to the computer, but the upload to from the computer to the Garmin Connect server fails with a server error. If I log in to Garmin Connect and then manually upload all new activities, it will upload those files to Connect.

    So something has changed on Garmin's side to break the upload from the ANT+ agent.
