Upload Page Blank

I can't upload anything to Garmin Connect. No matter which browser I use the upload and manual upload pages have no fields or buttons. Anyone having the same issue?

Same issue here but now resolved

Close all browser windows. From Control Panel, Programs & Features remove "garmin communicator plugin". Via google, search for "Garmin communicator plugin". Download full version to local folder. Close all browser windows. Run installer. When installer finishes, Plugin test page should open with success. I had v 4.01. Current working version 4.03.

    Hope this helps..

Yep - upload not working for me either...

I have the same problem. I do not and have not bothered ith the plugin. I always keep a copy of tcx's as a backup and prefer uploading manually. Its stopped working after latest garmin connect update I think...

...btw, I've also tried Chrome, FF and IE, all have the same problem, looks like a bug on Garmin Connect

Same here. I don't use the plug in because I can't install software on the work laptop I use. I just tried to upload my last two runs manually and there were no fields or buttons on the upload page. I hope that this is fixed soon.

    garmin usb cable

had the same problem after a re-install of xp on our pc.
re-installed the plugin - downloaded the drivers etc etc
neither mine nor my husband's device could be found
searched the internet where one forum member suggested to try it again using the original Garmin USB cable for the upload (to date we used a generic one)
    against my expectations this worked
    hope this helps :)

    It works!
after installing "Garmin communicator plugin" (new version), it searched existed Garmin device.
i went to Garmin connect upload, which showed a "detected device" and i can choose upload all new or selected activities.
    even more convenient :p
