I tried the send to GPS from Google maps feature and I can't find it on my Garmin. Accordingly the send feature worked fine, as I got no error message. What I sent has no street address, just the name (It's a State Park). So how do I find it on my GPS. Not in favorites. Please pardon my lack of knowledge as I am a very casual user. Thank you.
I haven't used this, but I noticed that Garmin says "The Send to GPS service allows you to search for any street address and transfer it from the Google Maps website to your Garmin device", implying it works for street addresses only. Maybe try a street address near your state park & see if that works.
