Going from 49 States map to North America map

Using Garmin Update, I decided to update my nuvi 255w to the new 2013.2 North America map. When I tried to do this, I received a message that there was not enough room for the whole map so either insert an SD card of sufficient size or update to a smaller map. I chose the 49 state map.

I now have purchased an SD card (16 GB), and wish to get the entire North American map. Firing up Garmin Update, I find no such option. It did give me an option to "reinstall", but only the 49 state map.

What do I need to do to install the complete 2013.2 North American map?

Problem solved ... I had to change the "Region". I thought, when I first saw "Region", it meant the area I was in and I assumed that since I was getting a North American map, then North America would be the default and never went there. A better description of "Region" would be to ask "What map do you wish to install".
