I am having trouble with my device connecting to garmin ant+. My hard drive crashed and now that I am up and everything on my computer is up and running. I installed Garmin Connect and Garmin Ant+ and did all instructions including USB connect. My devise does not transfer the data to my laptop. I went into settings on Garmin Connect and when the information is saved it states to connect to device. Garmin connect comes back and states devise not detected...can you help me out? Anyone has this problem in the past and know how to correct it....and help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jim
