I've had this problem before and have been told to reinstall my zumo 660 system. Well the problem is back again i.e. while listening to music on my motorcycle songs start to skip from one to another with brief periods of play and then the whole unit shuts off. If I use my zumo 660 with not music it works fine. I need my tunes on longer rides.:confused:
I have the same exact problem on my BMW Nav IV (Zumo 660) when paired to an Interphone F4 and now my new F5XT.
I have tried numerous different MicroSD cards or various sized, speeds and manufacturers and have determined that the memory cards are not a factor, the F5XT also works perfectly when paired to my Motorola RAZR Maxx HD or my wives iPhone5 so it is not the headset, its a problem with the Zumo 660 and Garmin knows they have a problem, what they plan to do to solve it another story.

Did this ever get resolved? I have the same problem, I think.
Music plays fine on my Zumo 660, but when I attach it to my motorcycle, music skips constantly to the point where it's unusable.
