Deleting Train ride when device inadvertently left on.

I would love to report an average speed of 40 mph, with a max 82.5 mph on a 60 mile bike ride, but cannot honestly do so. I would like to delete only the Train ride portion of the ride, keeping the bike portion. Is this possible?
