Error when trying to post to Forum

I clicked on several forum threads within the Forerunner 310XT forum that I wanted to reply to and I got the below error. I'm unable to go any further. What's causing this?

Warning: require_once([path]/includes/class_friendly_url.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/showthread.php on line 110

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/web/docs/vbulletin/includes/class_friendly_url.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /web/docs/vbulletin/showthread.php on line 110

    I had the same problem and the same massage yesterday i spent 3 hours of and on the forum trying to get it to work. I contacted Garmin this morning and it was fixed to-day about 4pm.
