No new workouts on device

I have several workouts on my Garmin forerunner 405 but when I try to load them from garmin Connect or endomondo I get the message "No new workouts on device."

Anyone can help me on this?

What browser are you using? Mac or Windows?

I'm having the same problem with my 910xt, workouts won't upload to either Connect or Garmin Training Center. I use a Mac.
