Map Issues After July Update

I am experiencing two distinct issues with maps after the recent July update to Garmin Connect:

  • If I have my maps set to Bing, the dashboard breaks whenever I am viewing a record with a GPS track. By "breaks" I mean that either the page stalls and logs me out, or the page layout falls apart and the majority of the page is blank and/or black. This does not happen when there is no GPS track as there is no map displayed.
  • If I have my maps set to Google, the map is not centered when viewing a record with a GPS track in the dashboard. I can scroll the map to re-center it, but prior to this update the map would center and zoom itself automatically.


I am seeing these issues on Safari both on Windows 7 and Mac Lion. Prior to this update either map worked correctly.
