Possible to setup navigation via Garmin Connect?

Hi,
Is it possible to navigate a course that I have created on Garmin Connect with my Edge 705?

After creating a course on Garmin Connect...I can get the Edge 705 to show the course via "Training" "Courses".."Do Course"..but this method is limited as it doesn't actually show the navigation turn by turn instructions..only a pink line for the course. (unless I am missing something here)

If I however create a gpx file with a site like http://ridewithgps.com/ I can actually save it as a gpx file and then choose "Where to"..."Saved Rides".

This works perfectly..but it would be great to also do this with Garmin Connect.

Is there a way?

Ok..so I guess with the lack of replies it isn't actually possible to get Garmin Connect to help setup a navigational route.

If any Garmin Developers read this it would be great to add this feature as it is very useful.

For an example of exactly what I mean have a look at how 'Ride with GPS' handles this:

While I can just use Ride with GPS it would be great to simply add an option to create a route and send it via Garmin Connect to the Edge 705.

The only difficulty I have had with it so far is the Edge seems to get a little confused with Bike paths...and wants to keep taking me down roads.

I guess this is because the City Navigator Maps don't have the bike paths.

    A solution

    Yo

I agree it's pretty dopey of Garmin not to facilitate this. A workaround would be to create the course, upload it to your 705 then open Garmin Training Centre. All the courses get loaded automatically - also annoying... Anyway, select the course and export it as a GPX and then copy it to your Garmin 705 gpx directory.

    Cheers
