With the track open in MapSource print the map to your Adobe PDF Printer then email the pdf file.
With the track open in MapSource do a "save as" and select gpx and email that file.
If the person you email has any kind of gps software they will be able to view your gpx file on their software.
With the track open in MapSource click > View > View in Google Earth >
With GE open select your track > right click > Save Place As > Pick a folder like My Documents where you can find the kmz file > Save.
If the person you email has GE all they have to do is double click the kmz file and GE will open and they can view your track.
Sign up for a Garmin Connect account. Open GC. Do a "Manual Upload" of your gpx file.
View the Details and rename the file to something meaningful.
With your track and all the details showing in GC, go up top to the Address bar and copy and paste the link into an email.
Anyone that clicks on that link will be taken to your GC account and see your track and all the details.
I have another somewhat related question regarding printing. I am using Mapsource and 24K maps. When I print a map in Landscape mode on a 8 1/2 by 11 paper, I get 11 inches of print across the page but only about 1/2 a page on the 8 1/2 side. Changing the page dimensions does not seem to help. How can I get it to print the full page?

This print problem started with the advent of wide screen monitors.
You need to grab the left margin of the map and move it to the right making a narrower map.
Then do a "print preview" and adjust the left border until you get a print preview that fills the preview sheet.
