edge 705 repeating interval/rest for time period

Hi,
I'm trying to set up a training ride that repeats an interval of 3 miles at 80% max HR followed by rest period until HR below 60%. I'd like to repeat this cycle for 1 hour.
Any ideas on how to best set this up for a edge 705 in the Garmin Training Center?

Below is the details of the 4 training rides I need to set up. Any help or tips will be appreciated. Is it best to put in stop gaps between different parts of the rides-using "until lap button is pushed" feature? For example between warm up and the 2.5 hours of HR 60% max. Is it best to have the device pause until I achieve 60% range then press the lap button to start the next timed zone?

I'm trying to set up my garmin edge 705 for several training rides.

For one, i need:
1. warm up for 1 mile
2. 25 minutes at 60% max. HR
3. for 1 hour I will ride 3 mile intervals at 80%-85% max heart rate, after the 3 miles I will rest until HR returns to 60% max HR, then I will ride another interval of 3 miles at 80% max HR. Repeat for 1 hour.
4. 25 minutes at 60% max HR

For the other:
1. warm up for 1 mile
2. 30 minutes at 60% max HR
3. 2 minute interval at greater than 22 mph
4. 3 minute rest period.
5. repeat 4 more times
6. 30 minutes at 60% max HR.

Finally:
1. warm up for 1 mile
2. 3 hours at 60% max HR
