FM Traffic Provider Database Missing

I have a Garmin 1300 and yesterday it locked up. I was able to power the unit off and then back on. However, when it came back on I received a "FM Traffic provider database is missing" and to download it through the webupdater. After going through the settings I found that all my maps and voices were gone.

After I got home last night I tried to download through the webupdater, but it says that I don't have enough space even though I haven't put anything on the Garmin with the exception of a map update last week. I looked through Windows Explorer on my Garmin and I have a bunch of symbol folders and no map folders. Some of these symbol folders have modified dates anywhere from 1980 to 2102.

I have tried to use myDashboard, but I get a "TypeError: Unable to get value of the property 'getElementsbyTagName': Object is null or undefined". No matter what I have tried the Garmin will not connect to mydashboard.

I'm pretty much at a stand still right now so I'm hoping that someone might be able to provide a bit of direction on what I need to do next. I appreciate any assistance that I can get.
