Problems with BirdsEye

G,day, first time user here so please take it easy on me.
I just started using BirdsEye last night for the first time and I managed to download 7 areas that I needed with no problems. When I attempted to start the next download, I got an error message "There was an error communicating with the BirdsEye Imagery servers. Please try again later". :confused:
Well that was last night (9 hours ago) and I tried again just now and it still comes up with the same error. Is there a problem with the servers??????:confused:

If it helps, I'm using a PC, Win 7 and the device is a Garmin Rino 650.
