Garmin Nuvi 3590 LMT > Traffic

Hey there,

I purchased a Garmin Nuvi 3590 LMT from : http://www.gpscity.ca/garmin-nuvi-3590lmt.html

According to the website, it came with the "3D Lifetime Traffic Receiver/vehicle power cable". I assumed that meant the cigarette lighter charger cable, but when I plug it into the GPS it tells me a traffic receiver is needed anytime I plug it in.

It doesn't seem to recognize the traffic portion of the charger. Did I misunderstand something?

did it had a wire with what I presume is 2.5mm jack ? that goes to the "thing" inbetween cig power and mini usb? I havent figured it out either as I just opened my today but it was there.
