Map 2013.10 North America blacked out around NY

When i zoom in I see nothing but black. When I zoom out to about 50 miles I see a spiderweb of roads/highways. My home happens to be in the blacked out area, so no street view is visible for me locally. Anyone know what may be happening?

ps. This may be misplaced being under the Edge800 section. I realize it's not a device issue.

What browser are you using? I can't reproduce your issue in IE9, Chrome or Firefox. GC uses Bing or Google maps. Do you have similar issues there?
