Downloaded 2012 NT Europe (lifetime) update to 16GB SD card, but device wouldn't read it. On June 19 Garmin techrep "Stephanie" told me to download again, resulting in overwriting of previous update. She would call me back, she said; she didn't. Download only erased old download. Subsequent download attempts don't work at all. I've even changed SD cards. Download goes on, reaches 100%, but doesn't finish. Tried multiple times. Puts nothing at all on SD card. Your software, technical assistance,and product are sadly lacking and I wish I hadn't bought a lifetime subscription that doesn't work. Not to mention employees who promise to return calls but don't.
