Can't find device for Upload

For the last few weeks I have not been able to upload activities from 60CSx memory. When I click Upload it searches for connected devices and cannot find any, even though the 60SCx is connected. However, If I set the 60CSx as a USB device it is quickly found and I can upload files from the microSD card.

I've run into this problem in the past but was able to fix it by clearing all tracks on the 60CSx. Then after my next activity the device was recognized and upload went fine. That no longer helps.

Is my 60CSx getting flaky or is there something wrong with the Connect software?

As I said in theoriginal post, Connect will not recognize my GPSMap 60CSx when it is normal mode. Therefore I cannot upload the current Activity. The only way I can upload is to set the device to USB mode, in which case it is immediately recognized, and do a manual upload from the microSD card.

Is there anyone else here who has this problem with a GPSmap 60CSx? With any Garmin device? I find it hard to belivee I'm the only user with this problem.

BTW, I am an experienced user, having successfully uploaded activities for many months.

The problem is resolved. Per instructions from Garman Support I installed new USB driver. Here is the page for the driver update:

Note that "these drivers are for those GPS units that support USB transfer of data to/from the PC - not to include the iQue."

My PC does not detect the connected Garmin GPS. GPS is turned on and connected via usb cable to the PC.
I use Window7 premium and GPS Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx
The problem is not resolved. Per instructions from Garman Support I installed new USB driver -page for the driver update:
