Garmin Edge not powering on after updating to version 3.0

Was updating my new Garmin Edge (only had it 3 weeks) to version 3.0 and now all I can get on the Edge screen is "software missing", anyone know what has happened? I have since tried installing software updates from my dashboard but when I press update and accept agreement it comes back with software installation error. Anyone had similar problems?
  • What model of Edge do you have? Search this forum for "software missing" and you'll find plenty of talk about this.

    Here's a thread that discusses your options of either fixing it yourself, calling Garmin and having them walk you thru it, or sending into Garmin for a replacement.
